Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at PawGuardAuto. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellation requests are handled after an order is placed through pawguardauto.com, and what options may be available when an order can no longer be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation Conditions

If your order has not yet entered the processing, packing, dispatch, or shipping stage, you may usually request to cancel the order.

If the cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund according to our Refund Policy. After the order is successfully cancelled, the refund will usually be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

To request order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pawguardauto.com and provide your order number and cancellation reason.

2. Situations Where an Order Cannot Be Cancelled

An order may not be cancellable in the following situations:

  • The order has already entered the processing, packing, or dispatch stage;
  • The order has already been handed over to the carrier;
  • Tracking information has already been generated for the order;
  • The order is already in transit;
  • The order has already been delivered;
  • The order requires special handling, has a separately arranged shipment, or has already started processing;
  • The order can no longer be intercepted due to warehouse operations, system processing, carrier handover, or similar reasons.

Once an order has entered any of the above stages, we usually cannot guarantee that cancellation will be successful.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

After an order has been shipped, any cancellation request will be reviewed based on the actual order status.

If the package has not yet left the warehouse, or if it can still be successfully intercepted, we may try to assist with cancellation. However, if the package has already been handed over to the carrier, is in transit, or has completed delivery, the cancellation request usually cannot be completed.

If a cancellation request after shipment is accepted, shipping fees, carrier fees, handling fees, or other non-recoverable costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund where applicable, unless otherwise required by law.

4. What to Do If an Order Cannot Be Cancelled

If your order can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return or exchange after receiving the item according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Please note that return or exchange requests must meet the relevant policy conditions, and you must contact us and receive approval before sending any item back.

If the item has been delivered and qualifies for a refund, the refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

If the issue involves an incorrect address, incorrect product specification, or incorrect quantity selection, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order can still be modified, we will do our best to assist. If the order can no longer be modified or cancelled, we will inform you based on the actual situation whether we can attempt package interception, reshipment, return, or another suitable solution. Related costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by our error or otherwise required by law.
